Ready in 2 Minutes Skinny Noodles with Kale, Broccoli, Shiitake Mushrooms in Spicy Szechuan Sauce


1 pack of Skinny Pasta Noodles washed and drained

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

5-6 Kale leaves, coarsely chopped

150 gr. broccoli florets

200 gr. shiitake mushroom slices

1/2 Chili pepper

Green onions, sliced

Sauce: Sichuan or alternatively: soy sauce, sweetener, salt (optional), pepper, chili flakes.

Rinse Skinny Pasta under warm water and drain.

Heat a wok with a little olive oil. Add the onion and saute for a minute.

Add the remaining vegetables: broccoli, kale, mushrooms. Continue to saute for a few minutes.
