Cold Sesame Noodles


1 pack Skinny Pasta® Noodles washed and drained

3 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp garlic, finely minced

1/2 tsp ginger, finely minced

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

3-4 drops hot chili oil

1 tsp water

2 Tbsp shredded carrots

1/4 bell pepper, finely sliced

1-2 green onions, sliced


In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili oil, and water. Add shredded carrots, bell peppers, and green onion. Add the noodles and toss to coat. Season with additional green onion and sesame seeds.

Serve cold or at room temperature.
