Beijing Style Beef Noodles


2 packs Skinny Pasta Noodles washed and drained

200 gr beef thinly sliced

3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

1 tsp cornstarch

1 egg

1 tsp sunflower oil

2-3 garlic cloves crushed

4 tsp hoisin sauce

1 scallion, thinly sliced

50 gr cucumber (about ⅓ of a cup) - very thinly sliced

2 Tbsp chopped peanuts

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sesame


Put the beef in a bowl and add the soy sauce and cornstarch. In a medium size skillet, stir the egg until partly cooked, add the beef and saute together. In a separate skillet or pot heat up the oil and saute the crushed garlic, the salt and mix in the hoisin sauce, add the egg and beef and cook together until thickens.

Add in the noodles and mix. Serve and top with cucumbers, peanuts and sprinkle with sesame.
