Skinny Pasta Fettuccine Alfredo (2-3 servings)


2 packs of Skinny Pasta Fettuccine

1 chopped onion

2 minced garlic cloves

1 1/2 cups of sliced champignon mushrooms

1/3 teaspoon of nutmeg

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of cooking cream, 10% fat

1 cup of skim milk

1 teaspoon of canola oil


Rinse Skinny Pasta under warm water and drain.

In a medium-sized sauce pan heat up canola oil. Add the onion and saute. Add the garlic and continue to saute. Add the mushrooms and continue to saute for 3-4 more minutes. Add the milk and cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the Fettuccine Skinny Pasta. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
