Sweet Fettuccine with Apple, Cinnamon and Pecans with Real Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 pack of rinsed and drained Skinny Pasta Fettuccine cut into 5cm length

1 green apple, peeled and cut into small cubes

1 tablespoon shredded pecans, slightly roasted and salted

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

¼ cup of maple syrup

1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

Oil spray

Directions:

Spray oil in a pot on high heat. Add the apple cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Add the skinny pasta and stir.

Add the salt, cinnamon and maple syrup and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat while stirring.

Add lemon juice and stir. Arrange on a plate, garnish with the shredded pecans.
